# Welcome!

## Introduction

In this Knowledge Base we transparantly explain how our framework is built and the key underlying assumptions behind our metrics.

We strongly believe that culture is any company's greatest lever to increase performance.

Corporate culture is not simply the sum of personalities within an organization. While personalities of individuals within an organization can contribute to the overall culture, corporate culture is a broader, collective concept that reflects the values, beliefs, and behaviors of the organization as a whole.

Corporate culture encompasses a wide range of factors, including the organization's mission, vision, and values; its leadership style; its communication patterns; its approach to decision-making and problem-solving; its policies and procedures; and the overall climate and atmosphere of the workplace. All of these factors can shape the way that employees behave and interact with one another, and ultimately contribute to the overall identity and character of the organization.

While individual personalities can contribute to the overall corporate culture, it is important to recognize that corporate culture is also shaped by a wide range of external factors, including the industry, regulatory environment, and societal norms. As such, corporate culture is not simply a product of the personalities within an organization, but rather a complex and dynamic concept that reflects the unique identity and character of the organization as a whole.
